Burial Planning & Coordination

Our funeral director works closely with the family to develop a burial plan that reflects their preferences and ceremonial needs. We guide them through the available options, then coordinate the selected components internally.

Government Certification Documents

Ebony assists families in obtaining the necessary documentation required by government authorities for burial, cremation, embalming, repatriation and collection.

We help initiate and follow through on key paperwork, including death certificates, burial permits, and other essential documents, guiding families through the process and liaising with the appropriate agencies when needed.

While some approvals are issued directly to the family, our team ensures they understand what’s required, what steps to take, and how to avoid unnecessary delays.

Service Hall Arrangement

Ebony’s on-site Service hall seats up to 500 guests and is available for funeral and memorial services, prayers, or other commemorative gatherings — based on the family’s preferences.

Once the format and setup details are confirmed, our team arranges the space accordingly. Families may bring in their own decorators, or choose to use our decoration team.
